Two Chinese war ships arrive at Sri Lanka's Eastern Trincomalee port Sri Lanka Navy, in accordance with naval traditions, ceremonially welcomed two Chinese naval ships arrived at the Port of Trincomalee on Sunday. The two Chinese war ships, " Jinggangshan " and "Hengshui" of South China Sea Fleet arrived at the Port of Trincomalee on January 13 on a good will visit, the Sri Lanka Navy said. "Jinggangshan " (LPD) commanded by Captain Liu Zhonghu, is 210 meters in length and has a displacement of 19,035 tons. "Hengshui", a frigate, commanded by Commander Zhang Xiaosheng is 134.1 meter in length and has a displacement of 3,647 tons. The ships will stay in Sri Lanka until 15th January 2014.
