Sri Lanka will not join ICC or set up hybrid courts, PM asserts

Sri Lanka's Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today asserted that Sri Lanka will not join the International Criminal Court (ICC) or include foreign judges in Sri Lanka's judicial mechanism to probe alleged war crimes during the war with Tamil Tiger terrorists.
