Japan agrees to help Sri Lanka on developing infrastructure and boosting maritime security   Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has agreed to provide aid to Sri Lanka to develop infrastructure and strengthen maritime security during a meeting with Sri Lanka's Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, who is on an official visit to Japan from October 4-7. Sri Lankan Prime Minister officially met his Japanese counterpart Tuesday in Tokyo and held discussions on strengthening bilateral ties as Sri Lanka's new government is moving away from its pro-china policy towards a non-partisan policy with China, Japan and India.
