While China is firmly engaged in the development of Hambantota Port in Southern Sri Lanka, India could collaborate in the development of three other major ports in the island nation, a Sri Lankan Minister has said. Ports and Shipping Minister Arjuna Ranatunga has said that where India could collaborate for development of three major ports - Colombo, Trincomalee and Kankasanthurai in Sri Lanka.
