EU welcomes Sri Lanka's continued commitment to reform, urges prompt action on UN resolutions

The European Union welcoming Sri Lanka's continued commitment to reform has noted the progress the island nation has made in implementing the UN Human Rights Council Resolutions and urged prompt action on remaining mechanisms.The EU has made these observations at the 21st meeting of the European Union-Sri Lanka Joint Commission which took place in Colombo on 18 January 2018 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
