Possible Line of Pakistan’s Argument on Kulbhushan Jadhav Case in the ICJ

The International Court of Justice ("ICJ"), which sits in The Hague, will be hearing the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav retired Commander of the Indian Navy from 18 to 21 February. The case has been taken up by India against Pakistan under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963 (Article 36(1)(b)) for denial of consular access to the individual who has been sentenced to death by a military court in Pakistan. The charges are for perpetrating terrorist activities in Pakistan at the behest of the Indian external intelligence agency – Research and Analyses Wing (RAW)............................
