OSINT Report: Dangerous Liaisons Pakistan Army and Religious Parties

Six people were killed, and many injured as law enforcement agencies in Pakistan acted under court orders on 25 November to disperse protesters who had camped at Islamabad's Faizabad Interchange for 18 days as a series of deadlines given to them lapsed. The protestors in Islamabad and other main cities of Pakistan belonged to the religious parties in the country as Tehreek-e Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) who are politically on the fringe but assumed centre stage during the Month. ...............  What followed after that raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the authority of the Pakistan government and usurping of the executive role by the Pakistan Army. ....    These developments came even as a report 'Asia in the Second Nuclear Age', by the United States think tank, Atlantic Council raised concerns over the stability of institutions in Pakistan with the safety and security of nuclear weapons in the country in doubt. State holding atomic weapons will have to be more stable which is a part of the theme of the Report.
