JUI F Azadi March in Pakistan, Serious Threat to Imran or a Damp Squib?

Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman leading the opposition against Prime Minister Imran Khan and the ruling Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf (PTI) has upped the ante in challenging the government to stop a rally to the heart of Islamabad the D Chowk on 31 October.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman had announced in June that the JUI F will hold an anti-government long march to Islamabad in October to topple the Imran Khan government as it was an, “selected and not an elected government.”

On 24 October he told the government's negotiation committee to, "bring the prime minister's resignation letter" with them when they come as per the Dawn News. The Anti Government Protest called as 'Azadi March' — is on schedule for October 31 he claimed

"A decision to take it back will only be made, if at all, by the Rehbar Committee,", addressing a press conference in Sukkur after a meeting of JUI-F members. "However, what can be expected from a team headed by Pervez Khattak? His attitude and mannerisms are not conducive to holding talks," he berated the Defence Minister and PTI leader who has been nominated for the talks...............................
