Indian Foreign Secretary's SAARC yatra Soon after taking over as Foreign Secretary , S. Jaishankar will travel to Islamabad, possibly in the end of February.  The visit is in a fresh bid to restart bilateral diplomatic talks, reports The Telegraph February 14 . This trip is without any set of condition after New Delhi called off a meeting between foreign secretaries last year in August.
