Inaction plan of Countering Terrorism in Pakistan

Inaction plan Tariq Khosa, a retired Police Officer in his article in DAWN on May 28, says that Terrorist cannot demoralise the nation. Quoting the interior minister Khosa wrote that the minister who says that war will continue till the elimination of the last terrorist, was declared the counterterrorism czar in January this year by the prime minister in a meeting to discuss the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) when it was decided that the interior minister would lead the effort to implement the 20-point counter terrorism (CT) strategy and ensure proper coordination with all stakeholders.
