OSINT Report: Indian Outreach to North Korea, Timely Entry into the Quicksand

Attempting to pitch into the developing situation on the Korean Peninsula, India sent the Minister of State for External Affairs General Dr. V.K. Singh (Retd.) to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea or North Korea.
