Undeniably, change is both constant & unrelenting, and, in fact, its pace has quickened with the spread of technology. But what characterizes international relations today, is a sharp departure from longstanding assumptions and practices.The history of Asian development has demonstrated, that governance is a mix of such decisions. What matters at the end of the day is, whether they keep us going in the right direction. Recent example of ISIS has reinforced this stereotype.
