Maoist Attempting Foothold in Assam Maoist leader Aditya Bora, who was arrested last week, had floated the Revolutionary Peoples Group (RPG) to get training from the NSCN (Isak-Muivah), reports Ritupallab Saikia in The Telegraph quoting police sources on October 7. The report stated that the NSCN (I-M) had refused to give training to Maoists. Hence Bora tried to get training for Maoist cadres operating in Upper Assam under the cover of RPG, the report said .
