Senior General Min Aung Hlaing holds talks with Minister of National Defence of China General Wei Fenghe

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accorded a guard of honour welcome to member of the Central Military Commission, member of the State Council and Minister of National Defence of the People’s Republic of China General Wei Fenghe in front of Zeyathiri Beikman here this morning. After taking the salute of the Guard of Honour, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and General Wei Fenghe inspected it, followed by the bilateral introduction of senior military officers of both sides. Also present on the occasion together with the Senior General were Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Tin Aung San, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Maung Maung Kyaw and senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army). The visiting Chinese general was accompanied by Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Hong Liang, Lieutenant-General Peng Bo of the People’s Liberation Army, senior PLA officers and the Chinese military attaché in Myanmar.................................
