  Myanmar can help resolve territorial disputes, says MISIS chair   Myanmar can play a significant role in helping to resolve regional territorial disputes in its capacity as chair of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the chairman of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies, U Nyunt Maung Shein, told Mizzima on April 29. The disputes include those in the East and South China seas, said U Nyunt Maung Shein, a former ambassador and Myanmar representative to the UN in Geneva.
