Mufti Muhammad Sayeed in his one-hour speech in the Legislative Assembly Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed in his one-hour speech in the Legislative Assembly stated that his government would work towards revocation of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) , reports Greater Kashmir on March 20.  The Chief Minister also mentioned that former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who is also National Conference’s Working President, had also talked about AFSPA revocation during his six-year rule.
