Kashmir Militancy: Another Turning Point? The media is abuzz in Srinagar of talks held between the Hurriyat Conference Moderate (M) faction and New Delhi. The familiar names of interlocutors are doing the round with Hurriyat Conference (M) leaders Mirwaiz Omar and Professor Abdul Ghani Bhat having returned to Srinagar after a visit to Delhi.  A meeting of the Hurriyat Conference Moderate faction was held in Srinagar where other leaders were briefed of discussions held in Delhi.
