The Hindustan Times reported that the Indian Army’s monitors along the Line of Control with Pakistan have not been able to record radio transmissions and instructions that are being passed by handlers from Rawalpindi and areas of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) to terrorists operating in Kashmir due to possible change of frequency
If the Indian security forces communication interceptors have fallen silent as reported by the Hindustan Times, intelligence from terror chatter will be severely limited.
“The terrorists and their handlers have changed the frequency [they communicate on] and we have not been able to crack the new one,” an official was quoted by the Hindustan Times. “We have been trying to intercept commands being sent to the Valley by terror organisations based there [in Pakistan] but have not been successful yet,’’ a second official was quoted by the Hindustan Times.......................
