India’s Bilateral Security Cooperation: A Review The Home Minister Mr S K Shinde outlined measures undertaken for enhancing bilateral security cooperation by India with various countries during 2012-13 (August to July) on 01 August 2013 as per succeeding paragraphs-India-Bangladesh relations: Home Minister level talks between India and Bangladesh were held in December, 2012 at New Delhi and in January, 2013 at Dhaka. In the Home Minister level talks held at Dhaka in January, 2013, the Extradition Treaty and the Revised Travel Agreement were signed between the two countries.
