Government is committed to strengthen the NIA, says Shri Rajnath Singh The Union Minister of Home Affairs, Shri Rajnath Singh has said that the Government is committed to strengthen and empower the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to help fight terrorism more effectively. Addressing the NIA Day function here today, Shri Rajnath Singh said more offices of the NIA are being set up across the country and these will be equipped with the latest hi-tech gadgetry. Shri Rajnath Singh said India stands at the forefront of the global efforts to combat terrorism and India is a signatory to all international treaties on anti-terrorism.
