Bihar: Neglecting Preventive Counter Terror Drills  Bihar government’s neglect of preventive counter terrorism drills is costing the people  of the state dearly. After the Gaya bomb blasts on 7 July which could have been prevented by fairly simple measures as posting sentries at night, lack of sanitization and access control at the venue of BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's rally in Patna on 27 October led to six people killed and 66 injured in six serial bomb blasts. What is more there was an early warning of likelihood of the incident as hours before the multiple explosions, a crude bomb went off in a newly constructed toilet at the Patna railway station, 2km from the venue.
