Telegraph report says NSCN(IM) ready for MNF style truce An Agartala datelined story in the popular daily, The Telegraph, Kolkata, by its Tripura correspondent, Sekhar Datta, said the NSCN(IM) is ready for concluding a truce with the Government of India after 17 years of holding ceasefire to facilitate peace negotiations.
