NSCN IM Blames Government for Failure of Peace Talks NSCN (I-M) leader Th. Isaac Muivah accused the central government of deliberately delaying the ongoing political talks between the two entities as per a report in the Nagaland Post. Muivah and NSCN (I-M) boss Isak Chishi Swu have been camping in Delhi for the last four months with the hopes of an invite by the central government for resumption of ongoing Naga talks. But the absence of an interlocutor from the Government after R.S. Pandey resigned from his position and joined the BJP in December 2013 led to an impasse.
