Not recruited by Al Qaeda, says man featured in lists published by magazine A new twist has emerged in the “First World” report suggesting Al Qaeda recruiting youths from Lilong area with one of the names mentioned in the report denying the claim. Ever since the news report came out, IFP has been trying to confirm the report and met a youth, whose name was featured in the magazine report, identified as Md Altaf, 29, son of (L) Md Sanou of Lilong Bazaar.
