Nagaland: No Hopes of Breakthrough inNaga Talks   The National Socialist Council of Nagalim(Isak-Muivah) opposed participation of other “non-mandated” Naga militantgroups in the peace process and insisted on integration of Naga-inhabited areasunder one administrative umbrella.
