NASA Doval misses Dhaka Visit At virtually the last minute, National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval dropped out of PM Narendra Modi's visit to Bangladesh over the weekend, because he had hot-footed it to Manipur after the June 4 attack on the Army convoy in Nagaland, reports Indrani Bagchi in Times of India on June 10. Doval was a prominent absentee, particularly as the Dhaka visit had a strong security component, the report noted.
