State government formed sub-committee consisting of seven members of different political parties to draft comprehensive memorandum to be submitted to PM on issue pertinent to Indo-Naga peace talks in larger interest of people and state and  formation of sub-committee part of resolutions adopted during all political party meeting at CMs secretariat chaired by chief minister N.
