Manipur Chief Minister raises many issues on Act East Policy in Delhi Dialogue VII The Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh remarked that the opening of the border trade pact in Moreh had begun to restore a bilateral trade between Manipur and Myanmar.
