Four IRB bns for highway protection in Manipur

The Chief Minister Nongthombam Biren today informed transporters that the Centre has already given green signal for raising of 4 IRB Battalions as Highway Protection Force. He disclosed this during a meeting with the members of Manipur Truck Owner Welfare Association and United Bus Owners’ Welfare Association held at Chief Minister’s Office. The meeting was attended by Parliamentary Secretary (Transport) Khasim Vashum, Chief Secretary O Nabakishore Singh, Addl Chief Secretary (Home) Suresh Babu, and Commissioner (Transport) M Lakshmikumar.…………….Please Log in or Subscribe to view full details…..
