External Affairs Minister on Internal Challenges in Framing Regional Policy External Affairs Minister Shri Salman Khurshid speaking in an interview to AIR Gold the new global news channel of All India Radio outlined the internal challenges in framing India’s regional policy thus, “I often say that it is a lot easier to handle our neighbourhood than it is to handle our own people in terms of their perceptions about the neighbourhood.
