Centre signs ceasefire agreement with NSCN (Reformation) The Central govt has signed a ceasefire agreement with one year duration starting from the 28th of April with newly formed NSCN ( Reformation) group of Nagaland. NSCN (Reformation) group led by Wanting Naga is a breakaway faction of NSCN ( Khaplang) group. A seven member delegation of the group met a team of officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Defence on April 28 in New Delhi. The Central govt team was led by the Home Ministry’s special secretary ( Internal Security ) Ashok Pradhan and JS (NE) Shambhu Singh besides other top officials.
