Visiting Indian Army Chief meets Sri Lanka's Prime Minister The Chief of Army Staff of the Indian Army, General Dalbir Singh Suhag, who arrived in Sri Lanka Sunday on a five-day official visit, met with the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today at the Parliament Complex. Prime Minister during his brief interaction with the visiting Army Chief recalled cordial relations between both countries and underlined the importance of further promotion of the same. The discussions between the Indian Army Chief and the Prime Minister centered on matters significant to both countries, the state-run television said.
