Sri Lanka Navy ships Sagara and Suranimala leave for India on a training, goodwill visit

Sri Lanka Navy's Offshore Patrol Vessels, SLNS Sagara and Suranimala left Port of Colombo on Saturday for India on a goodwill visit which also includes training exercises, the Navy Media Unit said.The two naval ships, which are on a four day official tour, were accorded a formal farewell in accordance with naval traditions as they left the harbor. Commander Western Naval Area Rear Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenna and senior officers of WNA were also present on this occasion.
