Sri Lanka Navy ships leave for training visit to India

Two Sri Lankan Navy ships have left from the Port of Colombo Saturday on a week-long training and goodwill visit to India, the Navy said. Sri Lanka Navy's Offshore Patrol Vessel SLNS Sayura and Fast Missile Vessel SLNS Suranimala are on a training and goodwill visit from 22nd to 28th October 2016. The two ships are scheduled to make their port of call at Cochin in India Sunday (23) and take part in a series of training programs.
