Indian First Training Squadron visits Chittagong Bangladesh

Indian Naval Ships Tir and Sujata, alongwith Indian Coast Guard Ship Varuna, comprising the 1st Training Squadron, are on a visit to Chittagong, Bangladesh from 11 – 15 Nov 16 as part of their Overseas Deployment during Autumn Term 16. The Senior Officer of the 1st Training Squadron, Captain DJ Revar, would be embarked on board INS Tir. India and Bangladesh have a close, long-standing relationship covering a wide spectrum of activities and interactions, which has strengthened over the years.
