India Malaysia Joint Statement on Defence and Security Joint Statement on enhanced Malaysia-India Strategic Partnership was issued on November 23, 2015 after the official visit of Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi to Malaysia at the invitation of Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the ASEAN–India Summit and East Asia Summit on 21–22 November 2015.
