India China Border Affairs meeting amidst acrimony A press release of Ministry of External Affairs indicated that the 3rd meeting of the Working Mechanism for Consultation and Coordination on India-China Border Affairs was held at New Delhi on 23-24 July, 2013. The Indian delegation was led by Shri Gautam Bambawale, Joint Secretary (East Asia) and comprised of representatives of the Ministries of External Affairs, Defence and Home Affairs as well as members of the Indian Army and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police.
