Captain Krishna Swaminathan takes over Command of Aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya  Captain Krishna Swaminathan has assumed charge as the second Commanding Officer of INS Vikramaditya, Indian Navy's new and formidable aircraft carrier today at Karwar.
