all eyes are on the visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to India where a number of MOUs are expected to be signed. The focus in both the countries is on two main agreements, the defence cooperation MOU and that on Teesta Water Sharing. These are also the most contentious in Bangladesh and signing on one without the on the other is likely to be politically complicated for Sheikh Hasina.
