South Asian Elections: Bomb Makers in Demand The serial bomb attack in Patna on a rally by Mr Narendra Modi, the Prime Ministerial candidate of opposition Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has raised concerns on use of bombs to target election activities in South Asia, With five countries in the region, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives and Afghanistan holding polls in some form over the next six months or more, ironically demand for bomb makers has increased.
