ISIS says India Expanding Capacity for Weapons Grade Uranium An Imagery Brief by Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) by David Albright and Serena Kelleher-Vergantini states that India is finishing a second gas centrifuge plant near the existing Rare Material Plant near Mysore. This is interepeted by the Washington based think tank to increase capacity to produce highly enriched uranium which would be weapons grade.
