FDI in Defence Only from Israel Companies in Seven Months

The Ministry of Defence stated that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policy in defence sector was last reviewed vide Press Note No. 5(2016 Series) on 24th June, 2016.  As per the extant FDI policy, foreign investment up to 49% is permitted under the automatic route, foreign investment beyond 49% and upto 100% is permitted through Government approval, wherever it is likely to result in access to modern technology or for other reasons to be recorded.  ...........Members Log in or Subscribe to Read more------------
